The problem

The paperwork arrives from everywhere.

Agent statements, strata notices, council rates, water, insurance and loan documents all turn up from different places at different times of the year, and end up spread across your inbox, a folder and the kitchen bench. Then tax time comes around and you are piecing it all back together to work out what was paid, when, and for which property.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs in the background.

Not just another property management app.

Run by Australians. Designed by Australians. Supported by Australians.

Built for how Australian investors actually own property: financial years that run 1 July to 30 June, strata levies, council rates, property insurance and property managers. When you contact support, you'll hear back from a real person here in Australia.

About

Why The Property Assistant exists

Hi, I'm AP. I built The Property Assistant after seeing how overwhelming owning an investment property can be: statements from the agent, strata notices, council rates, insurance renewals, and then the scramble at tax time. Most investors aren't short on effort, they're short on time.

This app wasn't built to make anyone rich. It was built to take the stress out of the paperwork, so you spend less time chasing documents and more time on the things that matter to you.

If you have an idea to make it better, I'd genuinely love to hear it.
